The Tulane Real Estate Group Cohort traveled to New York City for an immersive week of firm visits, property tours, and conversations with industry leaders. Students met with executives from Blackstone, Tishman Speyer, RIPCO, Brixmor, Slate Property Group, Welltower, and KABR Group, discussing current market trends, deal strategies, and career paths across the industry. Highlights included a tour of the iconic Rockefeller Center and a visit to a multifamily property in Greenwich Village, giving students a close look at development and investment in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.

The Tulane Real Estate Group Cohort traveled to Chicago to attend the Eisenberg Foundation Career Day, a two-day educational forum designed for students pursuing careers in commercial real estate. The program featured career readiness workshops, a guided site tour of a Chicago development project, and networking opportunities with professionals across the industry. It concluded with a Career and Internship Fair connecting students to more than 20 leading firms. The experience gave cohort members the chance to explore new markets, learn from industry leaders, and strengthen connections within the national CRE community.
