Bill Hudlow
Bill Hudlow is an Assistant Director and Career Consultant in the A.B. Freeman School of Business Career Management Center. A Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching and the Tulane University Leadership Institute, he advises multiple Tulane Registered Student Organizations across finance, real estate, sports, music, hospitality, and health & wellness—and helped found and now serves as advisor to the Tulane Real Estate Club. Bill helps students explore industries, clarify interests, and prepare for careers. He brings more than 20 years of hospitality management experience and 10 years in insurance and financial services.
AJ Brooks
AJ Brooks is a Lecturer in Finance and Management at the A.B. Freeman School of Business and Assistant Director for Entrepreneurial Hospitality and Real Estate. A practicing developer focused on urban infill and historic rehabilitation, he specializes in incentive-based projects and has placed more than $30 million in real estate assets in service. He previously worked as an asset manager at Gibbs Development and a financial analyst at Stonehenge Capital. AJ holds an MBA in finance (energy specialization) from Tulane and serves as an advisor to the Tulane Real Estate Club.
